Cursor & Co. is a software engineering studio delivering custom applications, systems integration, and operational automation. Engagements are led by Muthukumar Mahadevan, founder & principal engineer, supported by a contracted bench of senior specialists engaged per workstream.
The studio exists for a specific gap in the market: organisations that need software engineered to enterprise standards — architecture, governance, documentation, formal handover — without absorbing the layers, minimum engagement sizes, and account management overhead of a large consultancy. The engineer in your scoping session is the engineer accountable for delivery.
That model is enforced commercially. Capped at four active engagements per quarter, scope is agreed in a signed statement of work before delivery begins, progress is demonstrated weekly against milestone acceptance, and handover is written so your organisation could transfer the system to another team without disruption.
