Most engagements run 4–14 weeks depending on complexity and integration surface. Your statement of work contains a milestone schedule with sprint boundaries and acceptance criteria, not an indicative range.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do, in full. Source code, documentation, and credentials transfer on payment, and the system runs in cloud accounts your organisation controls. There is no ongoing licence and nothing withheld as leverage.

Regularly. Technical trade-offs are documented in plain language with options and consequences, so leadership can make the decision rather than approve a single recommendation.
