Who we are
Cursor & Co. is a software engineering studio operating from India. Enquiries about this policy can be sent to business@cursorandco.in.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, email address, company name, engagement type, budget band, and project description you provide. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.
How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, assess fit, and prepare a scoping proposal. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while a commercial conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may request deletion of your enquiry at any time by emailing business@cursorandco.in.
Client data during engagements
Access to client systems and data during an engagement is governed by the mutual non-disclosure agreement and the statement of work, on a least-privilege basis, and is revoked at handover. Client material is never published as a reference without written approval.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted to us. Requests are actioned within a reasonable period of receipt.
