Where an engagement is in place, the master services agreement and the applicable statement of work govern deliverables, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. Nothing on this website varies those terms.
Intellectual property
The Cursor & Co. name, site design, and written content are the property of the studio. Client work product and associated intellectual property transfer to the client under the terms of the relevant statement of work.
